"We had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Five of us went in for a basic hair wash, and we clearly mentioned upfront that all washes should be the basic package. Despite this, the final bill included sulphate-free washes, which are more expensive. When we questioned this, the staff claimed that we had later requested the sulphate-free option. None of us confirmed or agreed to this, and this felt like a deliberate attempt to overcharge customers when they’re not paying close attention. Additionally, the tariffs seem to change arbitrarily. There is no transparency in pricing, no clear explanation of what is chargeable and what is not, and no courtesy to inform customers beforehand. When confronted, the response was that it is the customer’s responsibility to ask whether something is chargeable. As a client, I expect the salon to clearly communicate the services being provided and their costs. Overall, the service was distressful, unprofessional, and misleading. I would not recommend this salon due to their lack of transparency and poor customer handling."
